When you can get a refund

• The service does not work on your device and our support team cannot fix it.
• You request the refund within 7 days of activation.

When a refund is not possible

• After 7 days from activation.
• For activation fees paid to third-party player apps (for example IBO Player Pro, Smart IPTV or Net IPTV), which are paid to the app developer.
• When the account was shared or used on more connections than the plan allows.
